Day 60 Les Mills PUMP Results
Hi everyone!
Here are my day 60 numbers and comparison from day 1. So far, I am satisfied with my progress. This program is a lot different than other Beachbody workouts and has been really fun and challenging. I have been following the basic schedule so I can see for myself what type of results the typical client can expect to acheieve with this program.
At this point, it is very challenging because I have worked up to the advance level DVDs. I also want to spend the next 30 days focusing on my core strength and losing more body fat so I am going to add in the cardio workouts that go with the deluxe kit. Over the next 30 days I will be pushing really hard to get the best results possible.
After the 90-day round, there is an additional hybrid schedule in the workout guide so I plan to do that for the 30 days. I fully expect to get great results with this program and be ready for the beach with my new "beachbody." :)

Body Part - Day 1, Day 28, Day 60 Measurements -
Weight - 207.4 - 199.8 - 194 = 13.4 lbs lost
Chest - 43.5 - 43.5 – 43.5 = No Change
R Arm - 14 - 14.25 – 14 = No Change
L Arm - 14 - 14.25 – 14 = No Change
Waist - 42 - 40 – 38 - minus 4 inches
Hips - 38 - 36 – 35.75 = minus 2.25 inches
R Thigh - 22 - 22 – 21.75 = - .25 inches
L Thigh - 22 - 22 – 21.75 = - .25 inches
Total weight lost = 13.4 lbs
Total Inches Lost = 6.75 inches
